Roller Rack's light duty structure is for shelving storage applications. The framework is comprised of 1&3/4" square tubing delivering 1,000lbs per level load capacity for a 6 foot wide bay. Posts are punched on 1" centers for maximum adjustability.

Carton flow racks or shelves can attach to beams or bolt directly to posts. Durable structure does not require cross bracing providing clear sight lines and easy installation.

The modular design provides maximum flexibility to create stand alone carton flow units or add units to create bays of carton flow. Casters can also be added to create mobile carton flow units.

The framework consists of 1&5/8" x 3" uprights and 3" box beam as standard, delivering 2,500lbs. per level load capacity for an 8 foot wide bay. Other beam types are available to adjust capacity to match system load requirements. Uprights can be added to create bays of carton flow or deeper runs.

Roller Rack heavy duty pallet rack structure is for applications with storage above and specialized order picking structures with multiple levels. The framework consists of 3" x 3" uprights and 1&5/8 by 4" rolled form beam as standard delivering 4,000lbs. per level load capacity for an 8 foot wide bay. Other beam types are available to adjust capacity to match system load requirements. Uprights can be added to create bays of carton flow or deeper runs.

All of Unex's carton flow products are engineered to attach easily to all Roller Rack carton flow units converting static to dynamic storage delivering all the benefits of carton flow. Flat or tilted shelving as well as pick trays can be incorporated into all Roller Rack carton flow units to increase pick access and ergonomics.
