# Warranty Information

UNEX products such as [SpanTrack Lane](https://www.unex.com/solutions/carton-flow/spantrack-lane), [Wheel Bed](https://www.unex.com/solutions/carton-flow/spantrack-wheel-bed), and [Keg Flow](https://www.unex.com/solutions/carton-flow/spantrack-keg-flow), [Shelf Track](https://www.unex.com/solutions/carton-flow/shelf-track), [Roller Rack](https://www.unex.com/solutions/flow-racks/roller-rack), [FlowCell](https://www.unex.com/solutions/flow-racks/flowcell), and [Tilted Pick Shelves](https://www.unex.com/solutions/high-density-storage/pick-shelves) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of shipment.

UNEX [SpeedCell](https://www.unex.com/solutions/high-density-storage/speedcell) and [SpeedCartt](https://www.unex.com/solutions/high-density-storage/speedcartt) products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of shipment.

UNEX products such as [Pallet Track](https://www.unex.com/solutions/conveyors/pallet-track) and [Gravity Conveyor](https://www.unex.com/solutions/conveyors/gravity-conveyors) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of shipment.

Warranty is based on usage within the published guidelines.
